An e-vignette is a digital alternative to a physical toll sticker that many European countries decided to introduce over the last few years. Unlike a physical toll sticker, a digital vignette can be purchased online, requiring no gluing and affixing it to the vehicle’s windscreen.

Before entering the road in the country that introduced the e-vignette system, you should check the list of roads subject to tolls. If your trip through the country involves traveling on toll highways, you must obtain a vignette. Otherwise, you may be fined.

Most e-vignette countries perform vignette control using camera systems located across the toll roads. These systems detect vehicles that travel without valid vignettes. Also, police patrols may perform manual controls at the borders or inside the country.

A vignette road is a road section subject to toll tax. In order to use the vignette roads legally, a driver must possess a valid vignette. Using vignette roads without having an active vignette may result in hefty fines.

All customers can withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of its conclusion without providing any reason. However, purchased products that have already been used or activated cannot be returned and are not refundable.

Making some changes can be possible only if the vignette start date has not occurred yet. Do remember to contact our support team no later than 5 hours before your vignette validity starts.

All vehicle details are stored in the e-vignette system, so it is not necessary to carry printed confirmation of the purchased vignettes. Make sure to store your vignette confirmation on your mobile device.
